Inquiry privacy notice

This notice explains how Eusam Co., Ltd. uses information submitted through the KoreaDomesticAgent inquiry form.

Information we receive

The form asks for your company name and country, your name and work email, the games your company offers in Korea, whether it has a Korean office or subsidiary, and whether GRAC has sent it a notice. If applicable, it also asks for the deadline in that notice.

How we use it

We use the submitted information to review your request, decide whether our domestic-agent service is a fit, reply to you, prepare payment information, and maintain records connected with that inquiry or any resulting service relationship. We do not use inquiry details to send unrelated marketing messages.

Service providers and storage

The website is hosted by Vercel. Inquiry emails are delivered through our transactional email provider and stored in the Gmail account used by Eusam Co., Ltd. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics processes usage information as described below. These providers process information as needed to operate, measure, and protect the website or deliver your inquiry.

Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, administer a resulting business relationship, maintain appropriate business records, or resolve disputes. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymized when reasonably practicable.

Your request

To ask about your submitted information, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable, email eusamcompany@gmail.com.

Analytics and cookies

Google Analytics is optional and remains off unless you select “Accept analytics.” If accepted, it collects information about visits and interactions, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from network information, device and browser characteristics, referral source, and interaction events. We have disabled Google signals and advertising personalization in the site configuration.

You can decline analytics without losing access to the website. Your choice is stored in your browser so the site can remember it. To change that choice, use Cookie settings. Essential hosting and security systems may still process basic request information needed to deliver and protect the service.
